If the time and date is convenient for her, we call you and then with you on the line we contact the lady. You speak with the lady and if necessary our interpreter translates your conversation. When the conversation is over the interpreter tells you how many minutes you have to pay for. The minute of conversation with the interpreter on the line costs .. The money you spent on the conversation will be deducted from your account in our agency.
