Various unscrupulous agencies or individual women may attempt to exploit your sincerest feelings and desires for their personal material or financial gain. This is accomplished through various means within dating sites, i.e. overly affectionate letters requesting funds to acquire passports, airline tickets, support for family, etc. We strongly recommend that our customers never forward money in any form to the ladies until the first personal meeting when you have had time to form a more substantial bond and know the lady well. Other agencies have worked to expose those women or agencies with a history of taking advantage of customers. Many sites contain lists of agencies and names of women along with their pictures and stories of their various scams.

As noted above our company policy ensures the women's and men’s profiles are both legitimate and truthful. However, occasionally dishonest people can escape, therefore, in order to solve the occurred problem, we ask for your assistance. Main rules, if you suspect a scammer

• Check the scammer list for her/his name and browse her photo. If you don't find it there, send us an e-mail.
• You can take advantage of our service when we visit the lady and deliver her a single rose. We will give you a confirmation, and upon your request, take her/his photo or check her/his documents.
• Don't send her/him any money, if a lady/gentleman openly asks for money or gifts.
• Be careful if a lady/gentleman does not call you by your name (esp. in the first letter).
• Be careful if a lady/gentleman “loves” you already in her/his third letter.
• When a lady/gentleman asks, if you pay for Visa to visit you in your country, remember, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are members of the European Union and Shengen Zone. It means that a visa is not needed when travelling inside Europe. Please, check lady’s/gentlemen’s country, before you decide to send money for Visa.
